Hello Will, you say in this video that the horse will not be quiet in the mouth until it is stretching the whole of its topline. Please can you explain this in a bit more detail?

The correct contact with the bit can only happen if the horse lifts its back to allow the horse to connect the entire length of its topline. Then and only then can the horse relax and flex at the poll and relax its jaw to take a correct contact with the bit.
