This is so helpful. Could we see more of Will riding each of his horses, and talking through the problems and solutions, so we can understand each stage of development and maybe do it again in 1 year and we can see how one year changes each of the horses. All these training sessions are so awesome and inspire me to improve every ride. Fantastic. My horses are so happy with Will’s training methods. Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge.

I have watched the progress of this magnificent horse and was wondering how he is doing now. I cannot find any current videos. Can someone help me here? Will is going to be doing a clinic in Europe where a friend of mine lives. I have told her that she definitely needs to go. I stopped watching tv and watch Will’s training videos. I have changed disciplines from the quarter horse western classes and gone back to my roots as a youth growing up showing hunters and jumpers in Southern California. I am retraining a 16 hand gelding that I raised. Thank you Will.

He is doing wonderful, we posted an update on him last week! If you click on “educational blogs” and then “Bailador” his new video should be listed there. So glad you are enjoying the videos.

Join me as I post weekly blogs covering many topics relating to Classical Foundation Training. I have intentionally left out the word "dressage" because many people have a negative association with the prevalent "crank and spank" approach or that it is a sport for only those who are afraid to jump.

Dressage as it is meant to be is an understanding of how to best optimize a horse's movement and ability to carry a rider, surely a benefit for any horse, any discipline. It is also important in maintaining your horse's safety, soundness and sanity.
